The weight loss diet plan will include proper proportions of proteins,
fats, and carbohydrates.

diet plans that will be the best one for you and your specific needs.
The weight loss diet plan will have different choices of menus
for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that you can choose from. (If you
do not like sardines, do not choose that particular menu for tonight’s
dinner!)
The weight loss diet plan that you will get on the first appointment
will be the weight loss diet plan you will use temporarily until
we know more information about your body chemistry. Then we can
change the weight loss diet plan to be even more specific to your
individual body’s needs.
